Matte Blue Porcelain Chawan

This is one of my favorite pots from Spring ‘26, a very simple porcelain tea bowl thrown and trimmed meticulously, and then glazed with our high titanium matte glaze that usually renders as a beautiful sky blue on porcelain. This bowl doesn’t neatly fit into one of the Japanese traditional chawan styles, but is very much a functional tea bowl.
